Whether you’re coming in for a haircut, fresh color, or just some encouragement and coffee, my chair is a place where beauty meets grace. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy As a small business, last-minute changes really impact my schedule. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment to book again. • LATE POLICY: IF YOU ARE RUNNING 5-10 MINUTES BEHIND, PLEASE CALL OR TEXT 910.215.7554 TO LET US KNOW. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, YOU WILL HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED AND WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF SERVICE. I completely understand that emergencies happen — please reach out if something unexpected comes up. First-time clients are given a one-time grace, but repeated last-minute changes will follow the policy. Thank you for your support and for valuing my time as much as I value yours!
